After first reading Getting Things Done in 2006, James realised that his “system” of putting everything in cardboard boxes and then spreading these around his house possibly wasn’t the best way to achieve stress-free productivity.

James was already working in the corporate training world, passing on the  communication skills he had learnt as a professional West End actor and teacher  of the Alexander Technique. James went on to become a certified David Allen trainer in GTD. He has worked with large financial institutions such as Lloyds,  Morgan Stanley, Halifax BoS and HSBC, large insurance companies, local authorities including county councils; The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and The International Chamber of Commerce and his private clients have included barristers, bankers, headhunters and heads of charities.
