Leslie Harradine is a Senior Associate of Next Action Associates, and a certified trainer and coach in the Getting Things Done methodology. Prior to her affiliation with Next Action Associates, Leslie served as Director of Training at the David Allen Company where she developed training design, materials and train-the-trainer programs. Leslie is based in Germany.

In addition to her GTD qualifications, Leslie is a certified distributor of the DiSC Learning Profile, a member of the Small Giants Community, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a senior facilitator for Insight Seminars, an organization with which she delivers in- depth personal development seminars focusing on aligning actions with vision to create a fulfilling life. In 2005 she designed the most advanced Insight Seminar: a 28-day seminar focused on manifesting one’s purpose utilizing presentation skills and communication skills, team building and goal setting in order to live a more congruent life.

Throughout her rich and varied career, Leslie has been a teacher of disadvantaged children in the southern U.S., worked with “at-risk” teenagers in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers and met with peace committees in various countries. She studied Early Childhood Education at the University of South Florida and received a certificate of completion from a Masters program in Applied Psychology through the University of Santa Monica in California. She lived in Los Angeles, California before moving to Germany in 2007.
