Profiles of our new team members:
Rishi Roy joins us as a senior associate focused on marketing, business development, and operations. Rishi is a passionate personal development enthusiast and an avid follower of the learning and development space, in particular e-learning. Over the last ten years he has worked building and managing businesses in the e-learning space, first with Tata in India, and then with CrossKnowledge, a leading French personal development and management training e-learning company. In the last years Rishi has had his own business developing and selling e-learning solutions in the UK market. Rishi is an enthusiastic follower of GTD, which he first adopted to help cope with the pressures of his MBA course at INSEAD. Rishi aspires to get into the seminar and/or coaching game at some point in the future.
Katja Schmitz is our new business administrator. Katja brings rich experience in office management and administration from a number of roles, including at Regus Serviced Offices, where she was operations manager for a large Regus site in London. She has also worked with Q Med UK, where she was office manager, and Meridian VAT Reclaim, where she worked as an international client service executive. Originally from Germany, Katja has been in the UK for about 15 years. She will be working closely with Todd and Ed on keeping us ahead of the curve, and with the rest of the team to help support our growth and keep our client service standards high.
